Cinnamon
Did anyone else see this last night? It was just brilliant Vietnam looks like a wonderfully beautiful country, & the team travelling across it on motorbikes was hilarious. Some genuine laugh out loud moments, like when Hammond fell face first into James Mays lap And when the local Vietnamese people decided to spray paint everything pink............. I hope everyone else found it as entertaining as we did
clootie
and weren't those little kids adorable? Not sure I could look at Jeremy's tootsies again though - yuk!! Great end to the series, roll on the next one.
Trish
It was one of the best comedies on telly all Christmas.
Rhapsody
It was fantastic. But you knew I'd say that didn't you? Richard collapsing into James' lap headfirst over the pink motorbike made me laugh like a drain.

A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Got to get it on iplayer. I can't believe I have been converted to Clarkson this year. Must be getting old and nimby!
Faye&Ant
really funny - loved it!
ClaireG
It was fantastic. Just how many empty beer bottles were on that table when May and Hammond were waiting for Clarkson?!! Do you think Hammond survived on rice and beer alone, as he was so reluctant to try any other foods.
Lesley
Oh! - I deleted it from the planner before it recorded - it sounded boring I'd better set it back up for the Tuesday repeat then
moochoo
It was brilliant. Poor Jeremy it's about time Hamster and Captain Slow got their own back. I laughed so hard it hurt.
Cinnamon
I also loved it when Hammond was fixing his big ship thing, & then it hit the celing fan (although I do suspect that was somewhat set up ) Didn't the country look amazing? I have wanted to go there since seeing it in the first Tomb Raider movie
MedusA
I didn't see it, but did watch the James May programme about Toys. Brought back loads of memories. I'm sure the Sindy in the blue anorak with white fur trimming was mine! I'll watch the repeat of the Top Gear Special. Sounds like it was good! Guest
I loathe JC but find him very funny, there's a paradox Ian bought me volume 3 in his series of rants (I've read the other 2) "For Crying Out Loud" and I can't put it down! The programme was very good, he looked good with a bucket on his head!

A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Just seen it. Hammond's got a right little temper on him hasn't he?! It was very funny and I want to go there now. The US special was on on Xmas day - available on virgin iplayer or bbc iplayer. That was brilliant too. They went through Alabama with graffiti on their cars saying 'Hillary for President', 'NASCAR sucks', 'I'm Bi', 'Man-love rules OK' and 'Country & Western is rubbish'. A petrol station proprietor called her mates in pick-ups and they thought they were going to get killed. Not joke killed - real killed. Why, when so many Americans have so much, are they still so often found to be such humourless, dangerous [self-edited - add your own disgruntled nouns]? MedusA
I watched it last night! It was so funny. Especially when JC was blinding himself with his "15 Quadrophenia style mirrors in front of my headlamp" and when RH found they'd sprayed his motorcycle pink (including the tyres). OH came to see what was wrong with me. He thought I was having a fit. I nearly wet myself I was laughing so loudly! Brilliant!
