New Base Pictures in Stages for Walk In Run

Here are some pictures that I have taken through the recent change of the base of my walk in run.

 

 

Shuttering edge prepared ready for concrete with Suzi inspecting!

Hardcore laid to add extra strength, butler sink in place to be concreted in place for their dustbath.

Concrete poured and set, ta da!!!! with girls supervising and given their approval!

sorry for links I could not get them to resize properly, even though it says they are correct size they are coming out huge! :roll:

 

I hope the girls appreciated the new butler sink, my strawberry plants had to be removed for them to use that.. :lol: :lol: I was using the smaller square one you can see in the picture but with two new girls coming they will need more room.

 

The walk in will be re-assembled asap, weather permitting, it's all painted, but hubby has to make some slight adjustments to allow the new cube to but closely to it allowing the roof to slide back and forth.

I will add more pictures as and when I get them. :D

thanks for your nice comments everyone :)

I have to admit to hate using the eglu run, I much prefer my walk in and cannot wait for it to be up again so I can put my existing two in there and then the eglu will be free to collect my two younger girls!

 

I didn't realise how much I loved my walk in until it was taken down :lol:
