I had a fantastic day Claret was right when she said it was busy we hardly had time to breath We did have a small lull in which i got to see the gorgeous foal

 

When i got there, i was given a net to practice catching the hens with. I wasn't that great at it and was thinking oh chicken poo how on earth am i going to be able to do this?? One of my first customers required 11 hens though and by the time i'd finished catching them and trying to get them all in boxes without the others escaping i was getting quite good When i'd finished helping him, i asked another customer if i could help him and he said he was very happy watching me catching the hens

 

It was lovely seeing peoples obvious excitment on getting their first hens and so nice that they were so grateful for having time spent with them.

 

I was knackerd and stiff when i got home but am looking forward to going back next Sunday.

If we wern't in the situation we were in with our house then i could have been very tempted by the Bluebells. I am trying to save my wages as best i can so i can get a cube though
