Yesterday turned into a nice warm sunny day and this morning it's sunny and clear. Another lovely hot day.

Lovely blue skies here. Was miserable yesterday morning but cleared up late afternoon just in time for my sisters rounders matches.

Boiling hot & sunny this morning after a really hot & muggy day yesterday.

 

I'm sure this is going to break with an almighty downpour- hopefully not on Friday during my garden party!

Too darned hot. We did have one cloud earlier, but any around are quickly burnt up. Still a little wind around. The right day for a Pimms!

A beautiful summers day here, less humid than yesterday. I think it's going to break down by the weekend, but i'll be glad of the rain by then, as will the garden.

 

As for hayfever, i've got mine under control with a combination of nasal spray, eye drops and tablets. In fact, it's the best it's ever been so obviously hitting it from all sides is the answer.

The sun is hot and it's a beautiful day. I have just picked and sniffed twenty elderflower umbels (well I think I probably sniffed more to sort out the bad'uns) and now I am sneezing like mad and blowing pollen into my tissue

It has been glorious here today. I've been like a thing possessed with my strimmer this afternoon......so much so that the tremor has only just subsided.

A day sitting on the "beach" at Thorpe Park whilst children and mates enjoy an Inset day feeling queasy on all the rides has left me slightly rosy!

 

It was very balmy sitting down with the girls this evening

Baking hot day yesterday and another lovely start to the day today but....

 

Nooooooooo metcheck is saying showers for tomorrow! Please do some omlet poitive thinking for my garden party tomorrow! We're going to put up our giant bell tent for shelter but really want the sunshine to last!!!

Cool and cloudy start, but the sun has broken through and it is getting quite warm now. The breeze has dropped but a bit stronger than yesterday morning, and not as blustery as the afternoon.

It was lovely yesterday, warm and sunny with a good cooling breeze, I was on the allotment for most of it, great day for hoeing Didn't get burnt either Nivea's new invisible sun cream works really well, weird stuff it smells like pure alcohol and you think that nothing is going on, it still makes your hands greasy but is not too bad on the bits that matter

Cool and cloudy here to start, but it looks to be clearing. I didn't like the look of the clouds this morning, so didn't put the washing out - may well pop it on the line at lunchtime though.

I was on the motorway around lunchtime and went through a little shower. I think it is building up and heading for . . . Glastonbury! Very humid, clammy and close, whereas this morning was quite pleasant.

Really hot out there but there is a breeze which is making it bearable. Seems it'll be dry here on Sunday at least now.
