The Weather Thread #3

Recommended Posts

The sun came out just as we put the chickens to bed - then the sun set and that was it. Pretty poor show! It's damp outside and I had to clear the windscreen because of the condensation just to take mum home. 14 degrees it said on the thermo in the car. A little cloud but I could see stars (and no I didn't hit my head on anything either).

I have just Poultry Shielded the cube in lovely sunlight only to look up now that it's all drying to find the clouds are gathering again. Just in time for the damp bits not to dry. Here's hoping the gusty wind will dry it instead of the sun before the rain comes.

Sunny with blue skies here to start the day, but soon descended once more into clouds and murk.

I left my walking boots in the sunshine on the patio table to dry - I hope it doesn't rain before I go back for lunch!

Noah-esque rain yesterday... Our street party still went ahead though and was great despite dodging heavy showers.

Windy, showery. Feels like Autumn. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Went camping to Malham over the weekend and sat in the car on the campsite listening to rain of diluvial intensity hammering on the roof.

Pitched tent in a small dry window and had a clear sunny Saturday to see the nesting peregrines at Malham Cove.
