Well, I wondered into Innocent Earth today-they sell lots of eco-friendly products and stoves and things and they'll hopefully have some work for me to do! He opened the store this year, but the company's been around for a couple of years and so he needs someone to work there whilst he's doing his stove roadshow thing, so that's good! Should start in a couple of weeks!

I was chatting to some people at my local pool (I mean local, its just over the road) and one of them said that the pool is always looking for lifeguards, so, when my training is done, I will hopefully have a job there

Well I was...it just didn't seem like that at times, hence I kept going round and searching out vacancies etc.

Have you tried local hairdressers? They are always after hair washers, tea makers & brusher uppers! I think you can work in a hairdressers doing those things at 15, if it's just a small business. Or be an ice cream vendor at all the local shows?

Airports are always taking on casual staff - cleaners, shop assistants.
