Janty Posted June 29, 2009 Share Posted June 29, 2009 I called Omlet today to see if I could add some more bits to my cube order but it had already been dispatched on Friday. I was then told that it was a purple eglu that had been sent. This was despite me ordering the skirt to go on the cube and the new cube front door. They sent the cube skirt, the cube front door but an eglu to go with them. The order should arrive tomorrow or Wednesday. Janty Posted July 9, 2009 Author Share Posted July 9, 2009 We arranged for the eglu to be collected on Tuesday. Dad came over for the day to wait in for them. The couriers didn't come. Omlet then arranged for the couriers to come on Thursday. The couriers arrived Wednesday but that was ok because Dad had offered to come over just in case they came a day early / late depending on how you look at it. The couriers wouldn't take the boxes on Wednesday as they were wet, even though we had told Omlet that we had nowhere to store them and Omlet had relayed this to the couriers. We had also wrapped them in large plastic sheets and secured them. The poor ladies at Omlet then tried to organise the couriers again. We were told that the boxes would be collected on Thursday so Dad came over again. The couriers didn't arrive. Once again, Omlet have called the courier and they are supposed to be coming tomorrow.
