Cooks Posted July 19, 2009 Author Share Posted July 19, 2009 I am baaaack I finished, I slow jogged in 39 mins, my aim was to finish before 45 mins so I beat that I haven't trained since getting my tattoo on my foot as I couldn't wear a pair of trainers for a while, so it was a little harder than it would normally have been I have never even run 5 k before today.
