Is my pekin bantam male or female?

Well we've just got back from a weeks holiday in Cumbria and I can't believe how much our chicks have grown.

Liquorish, our black Frizel that everyone is so fond of, has now sprouted brown feathers where his bald chest patch was. I think he's going to be a stunning looking cockerel given a few more weeks.

 

Of the other six, the 3 boys have now developed a bright burnt-orange plumage, the 3 girls are less highly coloured but with the classic gold and black colours still look great.
