4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Well, I have ordered a run extension from Omlet (taking our Eglu run to 4m), borrowed a cat crate (spare set of roosting bars just fit in) and dug out the netting to divide the run in two. Now all I need to source are the girlies!

 

Little Misses Chickens near Calne will have POL hybrids in next week at £15 each for Rhode Island Reds. Has anyone bought chickens from them? They are on the Omlet list of recommended suppliers.

You sound very organised . I was really nervous about introducing my 2 new girls too but it hasn't been as bad as I'd thought . I'm taking it really slowly and it seems to be working.

Dax at little miss chickens is my dearest friend

 

She is lovely and is raising some polish for me at the moment. Her birds are all free range all around the farm and they are all lovely. Beware of the geese!

 

She is lovely and very helpful.
