Chucky1
This morning I took the quad down to let the girls out. After their breakfast and me collecting the mornings eggs, one of them wandered over to the quad, and I sat there chatting to her for half a minute. You know, nice day today that sort of stuff. She then hops up on the front rack of the quad. This is not so unusual, but they usually get off when I move. I started it up and punted the quad backwards and she hopped down when I stopped. I thought that was it but as I made to drive off forwards she walked in front of the front wheels. I waited slightly amused and she walked around slowly to the back of the quad and jumped up on the rear rack behind me. I moved off slowly and stayed on for a couple of hundred yards, and hopped off just past the bridge where the other girls usually find juicy pickings. I told the OH but she just gave me that "how many wines did you have last night" look. Anyone else have a similar experience?
chocchick
They surprise me all the time with their antics OH is convinced they move in time to his melodeon playing but I have yet to see this and have much the same reaction as your OH. Chucky1
I agree, where are the photos? I'm workin on it - but whenever I have the camera (not very often) my gals behave like ordinary chucks -maybe they're camera shy. Plus I don't fancy doing an Ozzie Osbourne on the quad. Chucky1
Well I did kind of promise a picture. Unfortunately this is the best I could do. Here it looks like they are all running in the other direction. Needless to say my knees were not out in our current weather.
