Just wondering, by me staying around here - does that interfere with you turning in for the night Sheila?

 

No, I live in your computer, so it makes no difference. :D Actually, I just happen to get computer time quite late & so do you. I don't deliberately wait late until it's just me & the Bots online, it's just hopw life works out.

 

Can't believe I skipped a day there, sorry folks, & well spotted Scramble.

 

Lovely hens Josh, empty box in car was a poor excuse, but I use that reasoning too. :whistle:

 

Lewis, I'm now confused who was in London at the theatre. You? Me? Aha, both, but in different theatres! Not even sure it was the same day now. :?:lol: Glad you enjoyed your time there. It's near for me, so I go quite a lot.

Er, I'd better say goodnight into the speakers before I turn in - just in case. :P

 

We had sunshine after all today. Ended up nicely - and the boiler has been fixed properly too. I had a call late this afternoon to say he would be here in about 10 minutes. Well half an hour later and he arrived. :roll: But whatever was going wrong was in the airing cupboard and not the controls. So at last we aren't baking when we want hot water (or shivering in a cold shower while it warms up - not quite fast enough!). Perhaps the pigeon poo was lucky after all.

 

And just because I feel like it:

I wish we could go a lot - we always say we will, but its not the same as going to the Hippodrome :lol:

I didn't know Annie get your gun was on - seen bits of it + know a few songs. (I also have a bit of scenery from it in my garage - as you do :roll:)

If you get a chance go + see Sister Act, tis good, so is Avenue Q but you might have already seen it?

 

Our friends have just had a baby so we went to see her this afternoon :)

I knew Pox wasn't a Speckled Sussex bantam but couldn't remember the breed! They had a pen of them with a sign and a bit of info about them + where they come from in Italy at the farm and I suddenly remembered today :roll:

Did I say I had a good time? :lol: A few things went wrong, like the toilet breaking and having to go and buy a camping toilet to use. People turning up later than expected at Mother-In-Law's party. Family arguments and Danny feeling ill on Tuesday and not moving off the sofa. It also rained a lot and we didn't get to go anywhere. Other than that we had a good time :D

Another day another interview. Nail biting stuff. And my grotty luck hasn't changed either. OH likes to pile teabags (the old ones) into a little pot - then we pop it in the compost. Today it was the leaning tower of Pisa and one of the teabags dropped into my coffee - which was waiting for the hot water. Needless to say guffaws all round and I wasn't impressed. :notalk:

Sorry Debs - haven't been able to get on long enough. I think it would work given half a chance, but it's usually too dark. Going to sort it out tomorrow - while the cat's away . . . :D

We think Squirt is coming into lay - she has been doing wierd things now and again. Erin said she was squatting with her wings out like Cheyenne being broody. But then she jumped up and ran off. I put a couple of china eggs in the nesting box this evening. Only Tipsy was hunkering down in it after turfing out one of the eggs! Squirt was with the big girls.
