Snowy
Back in November, I posted a pic of the chooks in the garden and chocchick asked: Is it just me that can imagine them all going down the slide ? Well it happened today! The second I took this pic, she stepped forward and came down the slide!! Not too sure what happened next as OH and I both collapsed laughing (But we were laughing with her, not at her ) Edited January 5, 2007 by Guest

The Dogmother
Brilliant belly laugh Snowy! Daren't tell the lads at work what I'm laughing at though. So lucky that you managed to have the camera to hand.

Snowy
Back in November, I posted a pic of the chooks in the garden and chocchick asked: Is it just me that can imagine them all going down the slide ? Bless her. Is that chicken poo on the slide have they done it before...? No, not chicken poo - pigeon poo! We have a large wood pigeon who used to be a regular visitor, but who has now been scared to the top of the slide frame! And knowing Pom, she probably will do it again - she is either completely brainless or the daredevil of the bunch, I can't quite decide. She is the one that jumped onto the bottom rung of a rope ladder then off again but didn't move away so it swung into her backside (ever seen a chicken do a vertical take off? ). She also jumped onto the wheelbarrow wheel whilst the barrow was propped against the wall and - you guessed it - the wheel spun round and threw her off again! Why do the others never do things like that??
ubereglu
Silly chickens! I wonder what would happen if you purposely built her a little playground. It would just be so funny!
