Valkyrie
That's not what Muz says when I do tea for him - too strong, too much milk, not enough milk, too weak.
Space Chick
The perfect cup of tea...... IMHO has to be very very strong, only a splash of skimmed milk and a heaped teaspoon of an organic granulated sugar Fussy.... .......Me...... ........Never........ Valkyrie
This is the way I used to have tea. One third of the cup = milk. Hold teabag over cup and pour boiling water over it - immediately dump teabag into husband's cup because he likes it strongish. Basically there was no point in me drinking tea - it was mainly hot water with milk - hardly enough tea to colour the liquid! So now I have the herbal ones or infusions. My favourite is the Hambledon Herbs Spice one - all liquoricey and cinnamony and all those Christmassy smells flavour.
Scramble
Ah..tea. See when people ask how I have tea I tend to say 'normal' ... which isn't really very helpful Erm...tea like... with milk, no sugar Where is Teabag when it's her topic? Just in from work & eaten my dried in the bottom oven dinner. It was a challenging day. Time for a cuppa, then I'llscroll back & read the rest of the topic! PurpleTree
The perfect cup of tea...... IMHO has to be very very strong, only a splash of skimmed milk and a heaped teaspoon of an organic granulated sugar Fussy.... .......Me...... ........Never........ Oh dear, did I give you a cup of tea when you came to my house? We only have semi-skimmed and you're very lucky if I find some sugar in the cupboard - I've had to use caster sugar on a few occasions when my nan or gran visited. Hubby tends to make a pot of tea then leave it to brew for about an hour, then remembers to pour it. Good job we both like strong tea. Hope Grandad's operation goes all ok, Debs. Lewis
Glad the op went well Brother had his scan - results on Tuesday ... Been to see Russell Howard! He was really good He mentioned micro pigs and Sutton (where I live ) a few times At the end someone bought him a christmas present - tshirt and scarf so he gave her a kiss and put them on, then he phoned one mans wife who was at home breastfeeding (carry on reading ) ... went to answer phone, rang again and she hung up ... so he breastfed the man!
