been to fracture clinic and I haven't just fractured it in one place oh no... 2 PLACES! and signed off work for 6 weeks with an appointment to go back to see them again in beg of Feb as well....

I didn't need the plaster though as he said this boot is the best treatment but it will take a long while to heal... grrrrrrrrrrr

it is still really sore actually, he pushed it and I almost cried... it aches a lot all the time stupid thing.

that's exactly what I will be doing Cathy. can't do much else really.

 

After a few weeks I can try to put some weight (with boot on) on my heal and then gradually more and more as I can manage it. Hey Ho.

thanks nope not easy and really frustrating, but could be worse. Luckily I got lots of books for Christmas so I can rest and read
