The garden looks a bit depressing at the moment as the 3 weeks of cold weather has killed off just about everything but theres not a lot i can do about that! Really hope something comes of it! cant wait to move!!

Seagazer
Good Luck, are you planning on moving far? My friend has just sold her house so the market is beginning to move.

Gem_Seb
Thanks for all the messages! unfortunaltely the viewer did not show we spent our Friday night cleaning this house from top to bottom sooooo annoying, '' I have phoned the agents as i havent been impressed with them anyway, havent heard a thing from them since November, as i rang for my little rant he has potentially offered me a job in their lettings department!! i dont know what to think now! i used towork in estate agents and have been looking to get back into it recently as well.... chick wiggle
Sorry about that, some people! However, sounds like it might be a case of 'every cloud has a silver lining'. Do you fancy the job?
Snowy
That is sooooo annoying! But the job could potentially be very useful (ie is there a staff perk? ie no estate agent fees for staff?) And you could do some promoting of it yourself then! As chickwiggle says 'every cloud ...' Hope it goes soon for you.
Gem_Seb
It is something i have been looking to get back into but the basic is very low so i would be relying heavily on the commission, so i basically need to go in for this chat and see what the prospects are! but if the figure is right then it will be a great career move for me!! i really cant face what i am doing for much longer so it is a case of very good timing as wel!! however i dont want to just make the move if it isnt right to get away from my current job, thats exactly how i become stuck inthe job im in at the moment!! Will need to find out about the staff perks as well!! theres got to be some hasnt there!! I think i aired my disappointment with the service i have been given and also gave him lots of suggestions about the things i was expecting from them!! just simple things like, ringing people who have viewed the oither houses in the area to come and view ours! and rining the viewings the day before just to confirm they are still ok for the appointment, to avoid wasting their time and the vendors... something i thought was normal in all estate agencys, but i guess that was just the one i worked in! lol
Valkyrie
Well how rude - and they didn't have the courtesy to call and make an excuse and apologise. On the brighter side - your house is sparkling! Hope it was a genuine job offer - and the new place you want to go to isn't in a different area entirely!
