Have a lovely meal Debs I'm just waiting for Si to get back from the Indian. I'm having Onion Bhaji, Chengri Malay curry, which is a mild prawn curry and Pilau Rice He is having Sheek Kebab, Chicken Tikka Masala and a Nan. Adam is in bed as he doesn't feel to good

I have to get the show chickens in soon and wash their feet ready for tomorrow

 

The freecycle chicks are all lined up watching hubby potter about the kitchen, they are so cute

The girls are going to be happy I couldn't eat all my rice or salad. I'm stuffed now, it was all very yummy though.

I'm back after a lovely meal

 

Duck pate thing to start on a shallot purée, then free range chicken with a wild garlic risotto, then white choc cheesecake with a dark choc sorbet.

 

Phil had smoked trout with a laverbread soufflé, lemon sole with potato rosti and a ginger and coriander sauce, and then rhubarb rhubarb rhubarb for dessert Which was a rhubarb parfait, rhubarb sorbet and rhubarb crumble with a vanilla custard.

 

On the way home we called to Sainsburys as they have 25% off their clothes. I bought 3 tops, but got into an argument at the checkpoints when a young lad tried to cut in front of me in the queue Phil said my sarcasm was cutting

 

Phil often kicks me up the bum in supermarket aisles, he nearly did today, and realised the error of his ways when his foot had left the ground He had to swirl his foot around

 

I am pleased to say I am in far less pains, although going over potholes in the car hurt a fair bit

sorry should laugh but had mental picture of Lhils foot stopped in midair...

 

am glad you had a nice meal not so good about the potholes. ouch!

I went for a tuna sandwich in the end

I love fish finger sandwiches (with lots of vinegar!) ... but we've ran out

 

at Phil.

I mistook someone at school for a friend today (they have identical hair from behind) and nearly clipped him round the head (nothing nasty , we always do) then realised it was someone else! :lol:
