She looked shocking at the BAFTAS too - those dark colours are so draining & she looked slouchy & sullen. Pretty girl,but not making the best of herself. Didn't Dame helen look marvellous? The Dogmother Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 I won't pretend to know who half of them are, but Helen Mirren looks wonderful, Keira Knightley looks poorly (will someone please feed that girl!) and Jordan looked what my mother would call 'common' Some of the simpler dresses are lovely, others have too much 'front' showing..... and why does SJP always look like a bloke to me? I think Kristen was in a dress that was too old for her, she's only young so should be in something more youthfull, she's really pretty and has lovely skin. I don't like SJP's dress nor Demi's - too fussy. Maggie Gylenhal (sp?) looks like its been made out of a couple of tropical shirts. Ok she wear a shade of tan I wouldn't wear myself, but there are loasd of people doing things I wouldn't do myself, I dont hold things against her for it. Some of the beading work that has gone into these is amazing - they are works of art. The jury is out for me on the SJP frock,but Zooey Deschanel should never have worn that stripey thing,& Kelly O looks most odd with the pinky purple hair.
