Had an odd lunch break....

 

Crosed the road outside our office to go home for lunch and saw a hen pheasant sitting on the wall opposite, right in the middle of town and on a main road. I walked right up to her and tried to get a photo on my camera, but she flapped off. We must be about a mile form the nearest open land, so she must have flapped quite a way - they're not brilliant fliers.

 

On my way back, I heard a skate board trundling up behind me... going uphill. Turned out to be a lad balanced on a two-wheeled type of board, being towed by a large rottweiler, which turned left when he told it to, then right, and came to heel when he wanted to stop. I was gobsmacked and looking around for the cameras!

I nearly posted about my odd bridge sightings last week.

 

The same bridge, 2 different days.

 

This bridge is situated over the M4 motorway, near Porthcawl.

 

On the one occasion, there was a young lad waving his "man bits" at passing drivers

 

The other occasion there was 1 single solitary sheep walking across, no other sheep or people in sight

Although I can confirm that the actual sight made me feel ill, there are some things a girl really shouldn't see on her daily commute

When I went to pick Devon up from work on Saturday evening,there were 8 young chaps all dressed as Cavemen,complete with furs & clubs. VERY skimpy outfits for this time of year!

We get a regular flasher in our park - lad can't be too bright as he often wanders around with his 'boy bits' hanging out - the police get called and they tell him to put it away.

Twin Peaks - wow. I can't remember the main tune, but I remember the odd one with the finger snapping when the girl dressed like she'd just come out of Allo Allo came on.

I was going to say could've been worse - sheep could have been flashing his "man bits" at you but sheep are girls - or it couldve been a ram. Hope he gets frostbite - take some explaining to his missus " er it just dropped off when I was on the bridge"
