I'm watching it... they're all good, so I'm not after one of them to win but I have kitchen equipment envy!! (I mean, doesn't everyone need a machine to slice pineapples into 1mm thick slices?)

 

You mean you don't have one? :lol:

Wasn't keen on the look of the chicken things that Dhruv has made tonight. He took a piece of chicken and turned it into something that looked like processed chicken slop. Looks good now it's cooked thought thankfully.

I would like 'Dad of One' Dhruv to win but I think the way it's been edited means 'Food Writer' Alex will win (even if he does seem to serve really bland food - it looks good and that seems to be what matters).

 

'Childrens' Doctor' Tim is a definitely third either way.

 

I will miss my shouty men fix :D

I'm loving the program - always do!!.

 

I sat there last night hiding behind a cushion as the famous chefs judged their food.

 

I want Alex to win - love the way he uses offal amongst other things - but agree they are all fantastically talented.

 

Can you imagine being married to one of them? I would be the size of a house!!

I'm loving this and Australian Masterchef. They both end this week - fortunately we have Great British Menu to offset the loss - sort of - some of those chefs can be so "Ooops, word censored!"y!!!

 

It is one of the better series and they all seem brilliant to me. I do have a soft spot for Alex, though I think Dhruv will win. I don't mind too much either way though! The bald shouty one is Gregg Wallace btw, the hairy shouty one is John Torode - he turned up on Australian Masterchef too, which was a bit confusing.

I haven't caught it much this year, so this may be why I don't think the contestants are as good as previous years. That woman doing the voice over :x Makes me mad telling me every time how long they've been on their feet, repeating things over and over. But I think Dhruv should win. He has the most talent and doesn't seem to fluster as much as the other two. Alex second and the other chap third, although I think Stacey (beehive lady) should have been in the final three.

Between Dhruv and Alex for me, either would be fine imho tho I reckon Dhruv will have the edge.

 

I wanted Stacey in the final 3 too instead of Tim, but I think her meal for the food critics just had too much wrong with it.

 

I must also confess to a massive crush on John Terode

Didn't Dhruv do well. I'm glad he won, he was my favourite. I love the way the chefs at his Dutch kitchen came out and clapped him when he left the restaurant. I had a tear in my eye (haven't been sleeping - hormones!) :D

 

His food looked absolutely scrumptious.
