PurpleTree
Hiya Off to see the midwife this afternoon, haven't seen her since I was 18 weeks, so fingers crossed all is ok. Oliver's got to come too as my parents are away, so hope he's well behaved otherwise my blood pressure may be a bit higher than it should be

Space Chick
Hello hello, I am back from my shopping trip.... anyone got any tips on how to explain to your husband why you have spent so much I have bought...... 1 pair of trousers, 2 skirts, 4 bras, 8 pairs of knickers, 4 tops, 4 headbands, a pair of sandals, some maternity wear for my sister (who I met up with for a bit) and half of lakeland (some presentation rings, 2 silicone chocolate moulds, loose bottom tartlet tins, mini morsel tins and crumpet rings). Falkor
Wow Debs...my advice would to be not to tell Phil the actual ££ and just highlight the best bargains! Have fun in the sun with your girls! I may tune into webcam with my PM coffee

PurpleTree
well done on the purchases Debs, me likey the sandals. All good at the midwife She told me I had a lovely tummy especially considering it's my 3rd baby, I told her she's the first person to ever compliment me on my tummy See her again in 4 weeks, got the hospital next week though for bloods and anti-D injection
Space Chick
Glad all went well at the Midwifes My sister has a noticeable bump now, I keep asking her if they didn't miss one on the scan, as she's on 15 weeks and it is a BIG bump (although my stomach is probably as big, only mine is fat ) Have made a start on cleaning out the girls, but it is HOT out there, so I have come in for a drink. Although I want to be back outside by the time Phil comes home, as if he can see me working hard, he might go less ballistic about my purchases (in fairness, he'll be fine about the clothes, its the Lakeland stuff I am worried about, as he keeps telling me that we can't fit any more c**p in the kitchen Oh and he'll say "As long as I'm not paying for it I don't care" - I have put it all on the joint credit card )
Cooks
have jsut got back from the barbers with oldest boy as his hair was getting waaay too long. He was worried he'd be 'scalped' his words not mine.. but this time around they have listened to him, so he is currently faffing his hair in the mirror..
