Anyone know about the water holders?

I want t o order one but I have all these questions going round my head and its making me hang back. I am ultra cautious when spending large amounts of money and my, oh no we have no money don't spend a penny instinct keeps kicking in even though we can just about afford oen.

what feeders/drinkers (new context of word) does it come with? as I heard nipples being mentioned (straight face) yet if you go through the buying but it says glug and grub

its ok I just found it. theres no reference to it in the info but there is one photo and I've had alook at that.

I am not sure if my hens are bright enough to work it out. But I still have my peanuts if they can't.

 

I wonder if the new feeders are rat-proof? They look harder to get at than the present ones.

hmmm, that's interesting, I didn;t reaise that they had new feeders too. I only use the glug; with 8 hens, there was a lot of fighting even with 2 peanuts/grubs, so I got a long galvanised trough with a lip so that they can't toss the pellets out. Now they can all get to the food.
