I think the run looks like it would be suitable for about 4-5 hens. if each panel is say 1sqm. Then the eglu must be ok for 10 chooks?

What do you think?

I thought the run looked a bit on the small side although hard to tell from the photo The current eglu chicken capacity is more based on chooks in the eglu rather than the run capacity (I think )

 

It's slowly growing on me - wasn't at all sure when I first saw it

 

Although no use to us as we have a one legged chook well she has 2 legs but only one that works so she has to hop everywhere - she'd never make it up the stairs - it takes a lot for her to just get into the current eglu

I rather like that much easier for getting eggs too (no bending) I'd need to sell both of mine though to be able to afford it
