Grade II listed properties..any advice?

So sorry to hear that Chelsea.....but far better to know now...it's really hard though when you have your heart set on something :( You would have been gutted if you spent thousands doing the place up and then woke up one morning to find a downstairs paddling pool had been installed courtesy of the weather :wink:

Keep your eyes open for other places, like AnnieP says you may need to be patient, but I reckon the perfect house is worth waiting for :D

xx

Sorry to hear about the cottage Chelsea :(

I am now a great believer in fate and certain things happening for a reason (read our Son of Dork thread) 8) you WILL find something equally as nice if not nicer :)

Best of luck with the search. There is a cottage out there that will be perfect for you and it won't have an indoor paddling pool

So sorry to hear about the cottage Chelsea :( but like everyone says better now you found out than later. There is a cottage for you out there, now you have set your mind to move you can at least have fun looking, I've spent the last two months on right move and the market changes everyday, so I'm sure you will find that special place :) good luck!

Oh Chelsea how disappointing :(

However i back Debs and beleive in fate!

We thought we have found our perfect home but had to pull out as our buyer had pulled out  however we found another place, where we live now, and we both LOVE it to bits! :D

Its hard to swallow now but you will be glad you said 'no' to the cottage.
