Big paw print on the back of my Cube! ~pics added~

Recommended Posts

Wasnt there yesterday :shock:

Got quite a few cat paw prints on the top of the cube, from earlier this week but this one on the back looks a LOT bigger... and as if whatever it is has stretched up and reached from the ground. :? Hope its not Mr Fox.

As you can see its just above the waste tray. It is quite big compared to the cat prints on the top.

Crickey :shock: suspected it was but have never ever seen a fox where we live so just goes to show they are around.

I do think the ones on top are a cats print as have seen neighbours moggies sitting on there.

I hope my girls are going to be ok and never going to leave them unattended now. I have on occasion left them for a few mins while gone to fetch something....but NOT anymore!!

Just read your thread five minutes after hearing scratching at the french doors, just about to give the cats a talking too when I realised it was Mr Fox pawing at the window. he has left huge muddy prints on the glass and he only moved when I moved towards him, his face was pressed against the glass looking at the cats.

Have not seen one in the garden for years and now a month after getting our chickens here's a fox. We ran down the garden to check on our girls who seem fine, the cube is all locked up.

Question - is the fox liable to be lurking in the morning? weekends are the girls full free range days, I'm wondering how safe it will be to let them out, but they do so love it. We will be in the house but can't see them in the garden all the time.

I am in Dawely :shock::shock:

With all the work going on at the back of garden where used to have nice trees (ripped out for area regeneration :twisted: ) perhaps its Mr Panther on the prowl.!

Wouldnt that be a shock if meet it face to face one night when up there with the torch putting the girls to bed.!! eek!!
