Unsecure chicken perches

After getting The National must have morehen disease I set off this morning to get a silkie and an araucana............... but wanting a buff rock and a light sussex bantam .............and came home with......................... a scrumptious buff orpington bantam and a cheeky little dark lavender pekin.

 

A pekin I never wanted a pekin , I don't like pekins feathered legs but once it was put in my hands how could I not take it home.

 

She is wonderful so cheeky, she kept sitting on my foot while I was putting their run together. The little orp is a treasure not quite so bold and only 14 weeks but so silky.

Thanks no names yet just budgie 1 and budgie 2 until later. Budgies is our collective name for chickens.

 

Talking of which it should be light soon so I can let the budgies out.

You won't regret that little lavender Pekin. My neighbour has these and they are sooo pretty and friendly. They talk all the time, just like guinea pigs
