bouldercroft
I love the Boston Globe's new snow measuring graphic... Not content with measuring snow in inches - we're now measuring it basketball players click

Ain't Nobody Here
Not sure we'd need someone that tall . Ronnie Corbett would probably do .
Chickendoodle
We use double decker buses to measure everything over here it seems! Basketball player measure is much more fun

Mr Rhode Island Red
Best wishes to all caught in the cold (well... probably freezingly sub zero) conditions. And I thought Ireland and the UK got hit bad by the cold

ThinkingChickens
I'm in CA, but in the mountains. We had a huge wet snowstorm (now it's sunny and 80, go figure) which buried the Eglu. The girls seemed to fair just fine. You know, I have a hard time believing my American friends when they say the wood coops are warmer. The girls seemed pretty darn warm! bouldercroft
I'm in CA, but in the mountains. We had a huge wet snowstorm (now it's sunny and 80, go figure) which buried the Eglu. The girls seemed to fair just fine. You know, I have a hard time believing my American friends when they say the wood coops are warmer. The girls seemed pretty darn warm! my girls survived one of the coldest and snowiest winters on record - okay - so a wooden coop with deep litter may have kept them a little bit warmer but my is super easy to clean, worry free and it looks soooooooo cool too
ThinkingChickens
That's how I feel. I feel like I can get the plastic coop really clean whereas the wood would have smells permeating it. I''m very happy with the Go and saving for the cube.
The Dogmother
I'd heard via a lurcher forum that you'd had a load more snow just outside Boston.
