craftyhunnypie
Met an Omleteer today. Let's just say they are qute & look good in a cow hat! Any guesses? Chips & chicken chat - the perfect pick me up I needed after yesterday (losing Boon). Not met many of you, but it's always nice when I do! craftyhunnypie
Yes it was Lewis! Will let him tell you about the fab hats we tried on in a shop. I did meet him with my panda hat on too. He he! Chips on the Sea front - was a bit flippin' cold - but hey chips taste better in the in the open air. Eyed up some sledges - will buy one over the weekend no doubt, ready for the snow - which we are bound to have! We both oogled over some Degu's in P@H. Aren't they lovely? I love the squeaky noises they make. Lewis was fussing their noses through the cage. Got some numbers off the board in there for chickens & cockerels too. Redwing
Lovely, Lewis is great company A sledge comes in useful for getting feed or water to animals/birds across a snowy field
craftyhunnypie
Ha ha that's what I'm thinking, plus pulling it down the track with my posting on. Not forgetting some real sledging - which I can't wait for! Yes Lewis is just how he is on the forum - a nice caring down to earth lad & good company. We did laugh in the shop with the hats! craftyhunnypie
Yes I fancy a Barnevelder lad...Will call whatever cockerel we get...Sid. Oh forgot to tell you about Sid..remind me next time! Obviously, we will look at whatever else they have. I'd love the partridge cochin trio, but think the cockerel will be too much like Boon & a bit upsetting. We will see! Will be plenty of chicken shopping going on in the next year Lewis, so you can always come along on another trip! More hens? Definitely! Hubby likes those showgirls.. he's seen a photo of some tonight! Emma.x
