We decided to eat outside this evening and it was actually a bit chilly in the wind. I am loving this weather it is great that the humidity is low.

yes, I had a blissful walk yesterday evening.

 

Opened all the windows last night (they are on locked restrictors) to let the cool wind in.

Been a heat wave here in Portugal, whilst luckily I have been in the lovely UK. Got to 40.5 on our weather station apparently (shade) Still very warm (30) at 10.30. Apparently our neighbour takes his siesta in his cellar

It was 13 degrees at 7am yesterday, 22 degrees at 7am today . We are forecast some cloud later this afternoon though.

Yes, today is supposed to be cooler according to the radio weather forecast. Currently 18.7deg in the shade here.

32 degrees here but we've got a slight breeze today. Makes the heat so much more bearable

Cloudy and much cooler here now... I hope it doesn't rain as we have an event on here at work tonight and there are Raj tents, fire pits and stuff on the lawns outside my office!

It turned really cool around 7.30pm, the party here at work is rocking along outside but they have braziers to keep them warm.

It was quite windy and much cooler yesterday and it went down to 10 degrees overnight

 

Cloudy cool start here, OH was up at 5am to finish painting the woodwork on the garage before the sun came out,

Another hot night here and 29 degrees at the moment. No sign of that breeze today.

Absolutely loving this fab weather! We are being very sensible & avoiding the sun in the peak of the day - mainly due to work. Plus we are getting through gallons of suncream & drinking loads too to keep hydrated. The good weather has meant that we could build the new polytunnel & tonight it's haymaking!

Once the work is done & the chores, we head off to the beaches. Yesterday was glorious, paddling, relaxing & people watching on Newquay beach. Ahhhhhh. Last week when we went we spent ages watching the dolphins from the beach & a seal was basking, less than 50 yards from us! Chickens are all fine, due to us pampering them & the piggies & piglets are loving it when we make them a wallow.

Now, it must be ice lolly time!

After a cool start, which soon cleared, we have a gorgeous evening. I've just been for a walk with LBB and our dogs.. ..across fields and through woods. Perfect evening.

From Dodge City, Kansas: 0930, it is sunny, 87 degrees, wind 16 mph (which is normal for here) High today should be 103 degrees. Was 106 degrees yesterday.

Lovely here now... 22 deg inside and out, sprinklers are hissing softly outside the office door... bliss.

It is perfect here now too.

We were supposed to go to a Chilli Festival near Brighton this weekend, but with the temps predicted to be 30, we just cannot face the journey, the crowds ,the traffic & the heat.

So we will be staying put & trying to keep cool here instead
