My assessor has taken my folder of to the examiners and I should know in about 2 weeks if I get all my credits It's been tough doing it while working full time and looking after the kids/house but it will be worth it I can now get on with some housework Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Had a phone call from my assessor...she accidently deleted my parent observation....quick bit of typing and paperwork now back in. I did an NVQ2 in Team Leadership whilst working at a nursery last year. Don't know how much use it's going to be now I'm working for myself. Thought I would do it & have it just as a way of confirming my professionalism. It now turns out that Derbyshire County Council are looking to merging the accredited, community and specials into 1 super group...and you need an NVQ3 to get in and either a good or outstanding Osfted grade!! due my inspection at anytime now so hopefully that will qualify me. Am now thinking of doing another qualification...my thought process is to maybe see if I can get part-time job in a nursery or school once my boys are in full-time education.
