I've innocently started a topic a couple of times to find that it has meandered in unexpected directions. It all adds to the excitement. Differences of opinion are never anything personal and at least on this forum you can be sure that even if someone doesn't entirely agree with another's point of view, people will stay courteous and not be abusive. I can imagine that you were surprised to see an innocent title censored, but that has been explained & is surely understandable? Henceforth, continue posting & don't worry about it. I have to agree that this topic has sort of gone a bit astray, but I think its worth remembering that this is a forum for everyone and always friendly, it hardly seems worth the debate over whether or not a word should be allowed or not..... Keep posting Dippy , I have run forums and wthout these kind of features enabled they become unpleasant places, the flood gates open to allsorts of threads....... Oh Dippy I hope that was said tongue in cheek - I know this got very off-topic, but I think that what you said triggered a really interesting debate. I don't think anyone was offended by your original post, it does raise the question of how an automatic censor can exclude words that we use in normal everyday language with other, more innocent meanings. I'm actually quite interested in the Stitch & B*, I'd never heard of it but I was hoping there would be some more information on it! Afraid everyone seems to have lost sight of that part of the topic. Please don't avoid the Nesting Box, I've learned far more than how to look after my chickens from this bit of the forum! I split off your original topic so that it could continue as the debate moved to why things are censored. No one has criticised you for using the word as it wasn't even your choice of word so please don't take offence an do continue to post. I've left your original topic open so others can contribute and at least now everyone is aware that we do have an automatic word censor which will explain why posts do appear to have been moderated when they haven't been touched by any of us.
