I hear that we may get rain tonight, but it will clear for tomorrow before the rain starts again on Wednesday. I hope it holds off until I get back as I have a line full of washing out. Angie Posted May 19, 2014 Share Posted May 19, 2014 Had a wonderful couple of days really hot . But going to bed tonight early as I was tired, I lay there slowly baking despite an open window . Worse than having a hot flush of tropical temp. I Just had to get up and change all the bedding , the summer quilt and fresh clean sheets are on the bed. Purplemaniacs Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 Well we got very wet, it did stop in the afternoon and we had a few people coming to have a go but numbers were much lower that previous years. We had hoped for about 100 and we had 39, at one point just before lunch we were wondering if we would get into double figures. By the time we packed away and were about to leave the ground at 5.00 the sun was just about coming out The only positive was that some of those who came were very keen and may well come and do a beginners course with us.
