Janepie33
Astounded!!! And cross!!! That person was one of my top two to win. Definitely agree Debbie was over-marked. I would have given that score to Alexandra.
Grandmashazzie
I was surprised at Debbie’s score At the beginning it looked as if she was being tossed about and her head was awkwardness feet are always good,I don’t know how she remembers the routines. I do dance aerobics on Mon and if I do feet I can’t do arms Hats off to her.
The Dogmother
Davood and Debbie were both amazing, I'm afraid that the rest failed to stun me tonight.
chickencam
I thought that the majority upped their game tonight, I just love Susan, she’s not the best but her work ethic and determination is great. If she could sort her posture out she would be great. The disappointments tonight were Gemma and Johnnie. Davood has come a long way as has Joe. I think the competition is now pretty open. Egluntyne
Loved Susan. She is so enjoying herself. Davood was fantastic, with plenty of swivel, Joe was good and Alexandra's Argentine Tango was amazing.
Valkyrie
I haven't seen any for ages! Too much going on here and now with DD and her OH here, I've just about caught up with series 6 Game of Thrones at the weekends so I can give the DVDs back to DS! Not really the thing to watch and listen with the young'uns around. My viewing is usually done when his lordship has gone to bed! Roll on December when things go back to "normal" for me! The Dogmother
Well, some surprises tonight, both Susan and Debbie didn't dance their best and just didn't seem to 'get with it' for me. Wasn't keen on Johnnie's dance, and his posture is all wrong.. he needs to tuck his bum under and lift up his ribcage. Some excellent dancing though from Davood, Alexandra, Gemma and Joe. Two questions though: 1. does anyone else look at Kevin's hair and wonder if he's channeling Arthur Scargill? 2. Why do I watch Shirley Ballas and think that she looks like someone's Auntie Elsie on the Christmas sherry?
The Dogmother
Wow, some fabulous dancing last night.... just when I thought that Debbie had peaked, she pulls out more stops and produces the most amazing dance; I was riveted to the screen. Doesn't she have the most amazingly toned legs? Some excellent performances, bizarres scoring too. Much as I love Susan's joie de vivre and enthusiasm, I'm afraid that she has reached her limit and needs to go this week
Egluntyne
Just watching it now. Debbie McGee! Wow! Just. Wow!
chickencam
Wow! What a show, the non dancers Joe and Davood stole the show in my view this evening
The Dogmother
I cannot believe that result. Edited December 3, 2017 by Guest
The Dogmother
This stage of each series is always bitter-sweet - most of the less talented dancers have gone, and really good people, who have worked very hard, start to get knocked out
Olly
A reminder - please don't spoil this by posting names of the people in the dance-off. There are people - of whom I am one - who aren't able to watch the results show at the time it goes out. I don't need to bother now!
The Dogmother
So sorry Olly... i got carried away!
Olly
no worries ... I was probably a bit oversensitive last night as it had been a long day and I'd been looking forward to it! Of course I watched it anyway, and I completely agree.
chickencam
It was a terrible shame but that’s how it is at this stage. I loved the dance and actually voted which I’m not often moved to do. I saw a spoiler on the BBC Facebook page I should know better than to read the comments before the show goes out. Not sure why we can’t have the results the same night by this stage. Looking forward to the semi final though if the dancing standards are as good as this week was.
The Dogmother
Some truly beautiful dancing tonight, and some really wonky scoring by the judges I don't want to see any of them leave.
Cat tails
Great show! Was seriously impressed by the first dance of Gemma!
Egluntyne
I though Mollie's first dance was poor. The dresses were incredible.
The Dogmother
Yes, she danced like a lame duck...... she is good and has improved, but no way is she 'final standard'. I loved Darcey's frock, mind you, she would look stunning in a bin liner!
chickencam
Next week’s final should be a cracker hopefully
Egluntyne
Right result tonight.
The Dogmother
I thought so too Phew! Next week's final is going to be amazing... I can't decide who I want to win, for me it's between two celebrity dancers....
chickencam
Definitely the right result last night but that dance off was top drawer, both brought their A game. The final should be stunning
The Dogmother
Weeeeeellll Not the winner I expected, but my 2nd choice!!!! Well done!!!
