Dogs Too
I feel that I must stand up for grumpy husbands! We are not grumpy, just realistic and like to think things through before blundering ahead ( to clarify I blunder!) It took my wife 2 years to persuede me that we needed a dog, she'mine now! It then took 2 years for her to persuede me that we needed a guide dog puppy, he's mine now too!!!! Well, for the next six months after which we swap him for a newer model for a year!! The secret about pooing is to give them an area in which to relieve themselves, use a word to encourage them (Guide dogs use "busy" and Big busy" guess which is which?) and after a few months they will only busy in their place so long as you have been disciplined in praising them fwhen all goes right! Well done and enjoy! And wait for the second, hence Dogs Too!
Mel (& Paul)
Mrs Bertie - I am really pleased for you. Dogs Too - this world would be a much more boring place without grumpy husbands. I do hope you have the art of going at regular intervals - then you will join the ranks of the really grumpy husbands
