As it is the Bramley apple season there is an apple day in southwell, where the first Bramley apple came from. I am entering 3 catagories and i am very excited but a bit nervous at the same time. I am entering the Bramley apple pie catagory, the apple chutney and sweet apple preserve catagories. I made my chutney 3 months ago so it can mature and i am making pie on friday afternoon.
