I am popping over to Cookies for coffee, a natter and crafty projects! :D

I am afraid there will be no fridge cake Emma as I have eaten my stash and don`t have the ingredients to make more. I would go to the shop but I have had one too many bank holiday beveridges

You'll just have to make one instead Cookie. Wish I lived in Cambridge area - I've been a bit lost what to do with myself today - so did some potting, made apricot jam, watched chooks whilst drinking Cobra beers, sewed all my knitted projects together & tended to my tomatoes. Wanted to go off out for the day really. Never mind.

Going to make a mug cake later!

You lot are really bad :shameonu: , I've fought the temptation for weeks now but finally given in and made a batch of this.

I haven't used raisins, as as far as I'm concerned raisins in chocolate are just a contaminant :vom: . I've used mini marshmallows and chopped glace cherries. I haven't sampled any yet.

Can't wait until after tea

I had loads of sponge fingers from Aldi that I was going to put in a trifle last Christmas, but I didn't get round to it. So I substituted the sponge fingers for the digestive biscuits in this receipe yesterday. The result was pretty good.

I compared the calories, saturated fats, salt etc., in the biscits and the sponge fingers, and the sponge fingers contained less of every thing except sugar, so I omitted the added sugar.

A lower calorie refridgerator cake :D

I NEEDED some more of this cake but had no proper butter so threw some stork in. UH UH....NOPE.....DEF NOT!!!!

It kind of seperated when it was in the fridge and i ended up with a big greasy, fatty yello band all away around the outside. :?

I am currently eating the middle!
