Lesley
That is one lovely looking woodburner, Lesley I imagine after all this windy weather you have collected plenty of wood to burn on it too! I don't usually wish for things I haven't got, but I would LOVE a woodburner We had collected a lot of wood Claire - and made a wood store under the overhang on one of the barns. Then yesterday....... the rain came form a differant direction to usual.... and soaked all the wood Luckily, we had had a delivery of some ash logs as well - and they were just about in the dry. We can't light it until this afternoon - and the sun is shining today What disappointed me was the fact that there are very few British manufacturers now - that is why we missed the Christmas fitting slots We spent so long looking and checking. They are available but not in the large size and contemporary styling. We really needed a double-sided stove for that fireplace - but any we found were all too small and would have looked so silly. Scandinavia really does have the best range It only took two days to be delivered to the shop - as they distribute from Redditch - just up the road from the supplier we used for supply and fit, that had to be our compromise. I can't wait for tonight - there is room for your chair Andrew! will you be bringing Joe as well?

Basset
Fantastic stove Lesley. I love it. It's such a vast improvement on what was there before. I can just imagine how nice and snuggly you must feel when it's on.
