Louise
Our friend Fenwoman has finally learned how to give her opinion in a nice pleasant non confrontational way http://forums.thepoultrykeeper.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=2750 You will find her on page 3 of the discussion Personally I think the run size is too smal but if it works for you who am I to criticise
The Dogmother
That's a turn up Louise! I agree about the run size, and it's not as pretty as my Eglu.
Louise
Yes Clare and full marks to her she has not been at all snide or nasty so maybe we have finally made her understand thet others have a valid point of view Still love my Eglu though
Popcorn
what a great thread Louise - I read it all and it's a good, honest discussion. we are all different and want different things and it goes to show opinions can be made without resorting to nasty digs! Good on Fenwoman for that one. Dare I say it was a positive posting from her!
Louise
I thought so too Gina which is why I wanted to highlight it
Lesley-Jean
Well Wonders will never cease. Looks very heavy for moving, could be bark chipped. I agree the run size is small but I suppose a DIYer could enlarge it.
The Dogmother
I think it's hats off time to FW for that diplomatic posting - good will triumph!
SarahJo
Just seen her postings from today on River Cott ..re. Bird Flu ... if you want to know what it would be like to be her neighbour, this gives a personal account.
Cate in NZ
I caught that one too Sarah, gave me a giggle I have to say, thank goodness for my lovely peaceful (and entirely non-complaining about chickens) neighbours. I agree that FW's become quite diplomatic on poultrykeeper, it does seem to be a nice forum, I go on there quite often although post very rarely, but I've never yet seen any unpleasant comments about eglus. FW was in trouble with them there a bit back though, got pulled up a bit about the difference between recommending and advertising with regards to these henhouses she's regularly promoting. Can't remember the title of the thread though. There's also a picture of her own henhouses in their hen-housing photo section. Personally I prefer my eglu
Guest
Nice to see that posting - albeit to 'push' a product - but maybe she has realised that is pays to be polite. New year - new approach - good news

Kate A did it for me though - thanks Kate Perhaps FW was just having an 'off' day and will revert to her normal self soon?
