Linda
We have nothing to do these holidays, apart from the usual trips to the dentist,orthodontist,hairdresser............ Same for my two daughters!! We know how to live, don't we! Fingers crossed for good weather too so we can get out and about a bit.
AnnieP
I'm on holiday for the next two weeks! Yippee! I am giving up shampoo, and will be gradually moving stuff from the house we are staying in back to ours which is finally coming into shape. Upstairs carpets now laid, walls painted and loo in situ. So, its the shower this weekend and then I am prepared to stay here. Lots of dust to disperse, things to unpack etc. Mother in Law coming on Wednesday to help out for a few days. She is still all at sixes and sevens having lost my F I Law mid January, so hopefully scrubbing our dirty house might just give her soemthing else to think of for a while. So , busy busy. Then maybe we can re tame our garden

chocchick
Sarah's going to extreme measures to get her daughter to meet Martin! (sorry Martin) I will generally be around. We are going to Amsterdam briefly because me and OH have been together 5 years now Apart from that I'm at work, although will probably be guilt tripped into visiting both sets of parents and will maybe finish our chicken bark chip area soon. Erm right
Martin B
Saw Wembley today, but the Emirates Stadium("Ooops, word censored!"nals new one) is much more impressive and built on time!
Guest
We are going to Amsterdam briefly because me and OH have been together 5 years now Not fair!!! I've been married to my OH for nearly 21 years and with him for 25 years. We're not going to Amsterdam

Cate in NZ
Think I might drop a few hints too It's our 20th anniversary on wednesday I can't quite believe it's been that long, , and we were together for about 3 years before we married. I did mutter about weekends in New York.... or a weekend at Rowhill Grange (a very nice spa place just down the road from us)..... and a whole heap of other things, but ended up booking for us to go for a meal in a Knightsbridge Seafood Restaurant. It sounds very nice.... but we've got it at lastminute.com prices........ inexpensive Enjoy the trip to Amsterdam though, sounds great
chocchick
Yep inexpensive P and O do minicruises from about £60 you sail across from Hull overnight (or south coast) and get coach transfer to Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Bruge for day then arrive back next morning. Meals and extra night stop-over extra, buffet evening meals realatively cheap and nice. Mornings early but you start your holiday on the boat, rather than spending hours checking in at an airport, then flying.....etc.
Murdo
It doesn't look like it at the moment Martin - Environment Agency Sorry to hear there's another hold up. Hope it resolves quickly (and we can all start sharing the dream !) What are they doing ? How do they get involved ? Is it likely to be lengthy. Lesley
I'll dredge my topic up and post in there Murdo. Short answer - "How long is a piece of string?"
