Finally managed to re-size the photos of my chickens, it was my daughters laptop that was the problem, when I did it on the main PC it was OK (I think!!).

 

Hope you like them, they were just chilling out and sunbathing yesterday. Bobbie, the barnevelder is a bit the worse for wear at the moment bless her, she was being pecked at the breeders. Her feathers are starting to grow back already.

Thanks all. They are great it seems like we have had them for ages. They are getting quite bold - top chook is the Cochin believe it or not, I think it's because she is the slightly older of the 2.

 

And they like routine!! I have put in a few treats, just a couple of grapes or the odd bit of lettuce. They totally ignore them!! All they like is their pellets and they just root around all day long pecking at what seems like nothing. Then they will both go in the elgu house for a sleep. The dust bath I provided for them they just stand in it and peck about!! But they will come right up to the door of the run now to say hello in their little chickeny language!!

 

And they seem to have doubled in size in 3 days!!

I love their duck rain-proofing. It will either give them an enormous identity crisis or make them feel as though they are surrounded by a huge flock of fellow feathered friends!

 

I know, they look at me a bit strangely when I put it on for them!! It was all I could find that was semi-see through so it lets in the light and they can see out. 1/2 price in Debenhams. I hope they are still talking to me when they are older!!
