Bought for the 45 b'day last yr, only just got round to using it IT WAS AWFUL>>>> the place was filthy.. The steam room was all slimy and the whole place smelt like wet dogs on a bad day. I did'nt complain until I went for a "dry flotation", in a room with a ceiling all watersained, with a hole in the wall. It is an expensive place, I Left, but have registered my dismay... at lunch, which was a bit like the salad bar at Pizza Hut, I saw waiting staff brushing crumbs off side plates and re using them on the table!!! 140 mile round trip...
