Grrrrrr

Dogs...............

We are growing loads of lovely strawberries and there were two beauties - big and red and lucious - they would have been ready by tomorrow.

I was really looking forward to the first of the season.

Charlie

our ******** whippet cross ******* dustin on legs ( ) Has just snaffled them :roll::roll:

I gave our first big fat juicy strawberry to DD1 on Monday - her 19th birthday! Sorry you've missed out Mel. :(

Well that's nice!

You would rather give your strawberries to your own flesh and blood.

She's only 19 -= she's got legs - let her go and get her own strawberries :lol:

:lol: Oh Mel, please tell Charlie off from Aunty Clare and say that I hope it made him sick (fat chance I guess)

They are such rascals, aren't they? My Jezebel was a very well trained working dog with impeccable manners, just like your boy and I know that she'd have had a naughty moment and done the same  Just like children sometimes they want to kick over the traces and let rip.. it's good for them and gives us a laugh.

I used to have a very well trained Labrador who, when no one was looking would open the greenhouse door ( it had a sliding door) and help himself to the ripe tomatoes (never took a green one). My other labrador helped herself to lettuces and runner beans............neither dog would take them from you if you handed the items to them

our 1st german shepherd ate our entire Christmas goodies when we went out one night before christmas (mince pies, yule log, sweets etc etc).

2nd german shepherd ate whole box of celebrations on my lovely white rug!

A whole multipack of crisps

A tub of utterly butterly!

no ill affects either!
