We are growing loads of lovely strawberries and there were two beauties - big and red and lucious - they would have been ready by tomorrow.

I was really looking forward to the first of the season.

They are such rascals, aren't they? My Jezebel was a very well trained working dog with impeccable manners, just like your boy and I know that she'd have had a naughty moment and done the same Just like children sometimes they want to kick over the traces and let rip.. it's good for them and gives us a laugh.

Our dog ate a toilet roll once. We came home to find shredded bog roll all down the stairs! Her worst faux pas was to chew up her bean bag. We opened the kitchen door to a snowstorm . I hope Charlie isn't sick . Dog vomit is so........ .

You don't want to hear what my lurcher did to a box of champagne truffles that were a present for someone. Thankfully she sicked it up as chocolate is harmful to dogs.

I used to have a very well trained Labrador who, when no one was looking would open the greenhouse door ( it had a sliding door) and help himself to the ripe tomatoes (never took a green one). My other labrador helped herself to lettuces and runner beans............neither dog would take them from you if you handed the items to them

She even got her tongue right in to clean off all the little bits at the bottom - the jar was spotless

our 1st german shepherd ate our entire Christmas goodies when we went out one night before christmas (mince pies, yule log, sweets etc etc).

 

2nd german shepherd ate whole box of celebrations on my lovely white rug!

Tell me about it! Quita is such a gut bucket. We've never had to worry about leaving food on the work top with Holly, but Quita.............

Hmm she would eat and eat until she made herself sick (she has actually done this once when we left Holly's dog food unattended)
