I ordered some items from Flytesofancy yesterday morning and they arrived at lunchtime today Amazing service, especially seeing that they are in Bournemouth and I am in Yorkshire!

Is it just me? I can't read Flytesofancy as "Flights of fancy" it always comes out "Flight so fancy" in my head!

In their adverts they say 'Flyte so Fancy' - though I always call me 'of' not 'so' by mistake. Excellent service I get egg boxes and many other little bits from them - always arrives the next day.

When you ring them they answer the phone with "Flyte so fancy" so it's "so" rather than "of".

 

I'm struggling to give them such a glowing report though, I'm afraid. My auto door opener that I ordered on Monday arrived in two separate parcels on wednesday and thursday (they told me I'd have it on Wednesday), it doesn't work and they've forgotten the eggboxes I ordered. Very bad timing as I'm going away camping on sunday and wanted the girls locked up at night so they don't disturb my complaining neighbours with their early morning egg announcements!

Sorry Mrs N, the package had Bournemouth printed in big letters, so that's where I assumed they were, but it's more probably just the courier's regional hub. As a Northerner, anywhere further south than Sheffield is a mystery to me, I was just gobstruck at the speed with which my goodies arrived I will definitely use them again.

My walk in run came from them too, they were very helpful and knew exactly where to leave the end open for a cube to butt up against.

 

I rang them after it was delivered and said I wasn't so sure about it, and they immediately sent me a replacement piece of weldmesh FOC and postage free + cleats to attach it. ( It is still rolled up and not using it at the moment)

 

I found them very helpful when my man was putting the pen up, we had three way conversations on the phone whilst building it, which was again excellent.
