I'm off to pole dancing! - UPDATED - I'm baaaack!

Recommended Posts

I'm just about to head off to the country club for a pole dancing taster lesson! This "terms" classes on offer (extra payment classes!) are tap dancing, salsa and pole dancing - to get people interested there is a freebie taster for the pole dancing.

I thought it was probably to hard for me

And then I though a year ago (tomorrow is actually 1 year since I started Ligtherlife) I wouldn't have been able to do it at all. Or I would have broken the pole

So I thought - what the heck

But I bet I ache in the morning!

You'll love it! Be prepared for a few bruises though  My ED is an auctioneers assistant by day and a pole dance instructor in the evenings, the difference it's made to her body is amazing :) She was always a little weed and she's managed to drop a couple of clothes sizes, has built up amazing strength and looks very shapely and toned without looking muscular :D

I shall try it one day, think I need to lose a few pounds first though

What a cracking time I had.

There were only 3 of us there and turned out I knew one of them from my old (nice!) school - in fact she now sits at my lovely corner desk in the IT office.

I wasn't the worst at everything - in fact I was pretty good at the "fireman" move. I felt very silly when we were doing the sexier stuff - wiggling and stroking legs etc. I think over the past few years I may have forgotton completely how to do "sexy"

She said at the end we shoud go in the sauna or something for our muscles so I came home and hopped in the hot tub but I can still feel it - but only in my right hand side - that was my pole arm and its that leg that hurts as well. I sure know I've had a workout and I'd love to do it again.

Not signing up for a class though - my mate has a pole in her dining room so I might just pop round there for some private lessons - she is pretty good at it and has offered!

Well the dip in the hot tub seemed to do the trick - I can feel a little pull in my leg and arm this morning but nothing to bad!

My mate who does it says she will teach me if I come round - will give it a shot!
