MedusA
Very cold and frosty but bright here this morning. The poo was solid in the poo tray so poo-picking was very easy today.
The Dogmother
-4.2deg first thing that morning when I went out to walk the hound... colder than a nun's knickers! It has been below freezing all day, but so lovely to see the sun. Blue skies all day and blisteringly cold, but great for the long walk we've just been on. Has Him Indoors recovered yet Egluntine? I have some hot buttered tea cakes here that might help him overcome the disappointment
Egluntyne
Still sulking...but the prospect of the new Dr Who has perked him up. I'll have the teacake though...thanks.
The Dogmother
I've just seen the new Doctor, tell him not to worry getting his knickers in a twist.. the oddest looking man I've ever seen The new Doc that is, not Him Indoors! We went walking in Great Tew (where I took you) and stopped in the little village store for hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, plus toasted tea cakes with REAL BUTTER! The hound was eyeing up the tea cakes, but she didn't stand a chance!

Charlottechicken
It has been beautiful here today (best birthday present ever!). It started off at about minus six, by the dodgy outdoor thermometer in the yard, and has not got above freezing all day! The local canal was frozen solid at 9.30 am and slightly thawed two hours later, with the sun on it. The sky has been clear all day, and I can now see Orion crossing the sky out of my new kitchen windows

Ardene5
Hi Everyone Looks like Maplin is going to get a mass order from Omleteers. Think these are a good idea to have as it will help everyone. The weather here in Preesall near Blackpool is overcast and above freezing so that makes a change. Hope that everyone has a good day what ever you are doing. How is the weather in your neck of the woods where ever in the world you are? Best regards for 2009. Ardene5
The £17.99 one has an orange display - I ordered a £19.99 one Hi Everyone The question is and what is wrong with orange as it has been reduced from £29.99 to 17.99. If that was me I would be looking at both specs to see which had the better spec then deciding. Any way everyone to the way they buy ,it is the old story you pays your money and takes your choice. Best regards for 2009. Ian[/color]
