chocchick
Now I want a list of things I didn't realise there were baby items (obviously been watching the forum). Went in to look at fleeces because of the thread on being cold. I have a fleece already Started looking at chicken items and now I want things for my house

susanbb
Sometimes though, you just have to buy
redhotchick
As soon as I need a new bag of chicken feed I am ordering plastic roosting bars and a spare glug. Probably other things by then too, grit for example. Maybe a cube (ha! In my dreams)
Mel (& Paul)
Well it makes sense to add to your order - save the courier coming back again in the future with more orders
Egluntyne
Probably other things by then too, grit for example. Omlet grit is a tad pricey. £4.50 for 1.25kg. I bought a 25kg sack from a local agricultural merchants for the same price a couple of years ago. If you could sneak a cube order in without anyone spotting, it would be lovely. chocchick
Well it makes sense to add to your order - save the courier coming back again in the future with more orders That's the problem. You start with 1 thing and start adding as will save on postage. If only I could afford a cube

Secondly, with the rise in prices the cube may be going up - so there is your second potential saving. Also, the cost of postage could rise - third saving. .............Need I go on? Good point about the grit. I should phone around a couple of places locally and see what they have got. Even with just 2 chickens, they don't 'alf get through some grit! I'm teasing about the cube I don't really need one with 2. Even if I get another two next year the eglu will be fine with a bigger run. I prefer the omlet chicken feed to any other I've tried so far though.

chocchick
It is right, I would save on postage and inflation and ... There should be an Amazon style wishlist so you can direct family members towards it for Christmas presents
