KimmyCustard
That looks super Kate, as for the vendors, hold your nerve and they should crumble! Only being such a wee bit off the reserve (plus fees to pay etc) they should fold (if theyre sensible). Looks beeeyooooutiful, room for 5 cubes I think! Good luck and let us know before we all have to reach for the hair dye! Kimmy x

Ain't Nobody Here
Well done (almost) winning the house . It looks gorgeous and what beautiful land round it . Fingers crossed the vendor breaks first . Surely he won't want to go through another auction .
Cooks
I was thinking that, surely it must cost the vendor a lot to re auction it? don't you then have to pay the auctioneers twice? or I am being blonde?

Cate in NZ
We got it Completion date is 22nd December, so we'll be in for Christmas, we might not have curtains or a working phone line....but we'll be in our new home for Christmas . We're actually tied into our rental place for 3 more weeks, which means that we can move our stuff over slowly and get it just as we like, there's no manic moving day to have to cope with. I am so excited
