Mum has been looking for her all morning and spoken to the farmer who said there have been buzzards seen in the area and thats what could have taken her -Im gutted. My sister is on her way home from uni and is going to go and have a good search for her but its not looking good. Fingers crossed please everyone. Print notes and put them through local doors, put signs up in shops and contact your local police station and vets surgeries. We lost one of our ex-batts (again, the nosiest and most inquisitive one) and we contacted the local radio station and did the note thing, etc. She had managed one way or another to travel seven miles away but we got her back. That was last Valentine's Day. I remember because I didn't do a headcount that night as hubby had taken me out and so I hadn't realised that she was missing. Mistletoe is still strutting her stuff round our garden now 13 months after release. Good luck with getting her back.

Janey4
Nothing. No sign of her at all. My sister delivers the local paper so I have printed out notes for her to post with them this afternoon and Im going to make a list of vets etc in the area and give them a ring to let me know if she turns up there. I dont know how she can of just vanished into thin air and with the weather being so awful, I just dont know what to think.

Happy chickens!
Too far away to help, but hoping she's ok somewhere; at least it's not so cold at night at the moment, so she could be fine.
