jlo
And enough already with the croc-pressure . I resisted last time there was a croc-fest thread and I'm standing firm again (in my trainers) . you must resist the pressure of the icky chunky things!!!! I can't be the only one to resist as you all drop like flies!!! lol As for V.B - i understand the love of heels but they are awful - she almost looks like a balerina standing on point!!! YAK!!!! My toes still hurt from the heels last night but I think thats more where they were stamped on rather than the shoes!!! xXx I don't find the CROCS hard to resist. They look hideous on my huge feet. furryelephant
Now come on ladies.... I LOVE heels (admittedly mine fit better than Mrs Beckhams!) and have about 25 different pairs - 26 after shopping tonight! For non-heeled occasions I do wear pretty ballet pump style trainers and a few pairs of ballerina type flatties but I have to say the only time I'd be seen in Crocs is popping out to the Eglu - they truly are, along with the trodden down Ugg boots much beloved by every girl on the high street, the most unflattering thing you can put on your feet Can't imagine anyone would be passing many compliments about pretty Crocs? Sorry to disagree with the majority of you on this one - but how can any woman not love gorgeous shoes and prefer something "comfy"?! You'll never ever convince me that a pair of Crocs look better than some designer heels!!
Chookiehen
I love a pair of heels, and could quite happily totter about in a pair of Ms Beckhams. NOT whilst out with the children at a funfair, mind! I love my shoes, and I'm afraid that I'm a beauty over comfort girl, apart from when I'm walking Polo, and then it's a pair of stout walking boots! Life is so poo sometimes, a lovely pair of shoes, and a gorgeous handbag(even if it is carrying nothing but a clean nappy a beaker of milk), can really lift the spirits! Ardene5
Hi Everyone What damage is she doing to her feet? Heard of going up in the world but those shoes one trip and you are making a big fall. Must have been a bet with David to see who could look out of place. Best regards Ian & Valerie
Alis girls
I was brought up by a strict mum in Start Rite (excuse spelling) and when I escaped to London to train got my first pair of heels. Spent most of my time in flatties (heels not recommended on wards) and now at 47 have the beginnings of a bunion. In th recent cold weather it was giving me a lot of gip My friend suggested cutting a hole in my shoe like old ladies do but its not big enough for that. At present its fine. I rarely wear stiletos but love wedges and platforms and clonk about like a middle aged cart horse. I have sciatica and wedges really help - I suspect it throws the back out! I do think VB will suffer in later life but she has the dosh to get her pinkies fixed unless like the rest of us who suffer for our vanity\!! Egluntyne
She has some spectacular bunions.
The Dogmother
Now THAT is UGLY! I wear comfortable shoes most of the time but have to be formal for work. I do sometimes wear heels and have strong feet from the dancing I did when I was younger, so they don't bother me too much, but I'd far rather be comfortable. Methinks she's not secure in herself or comfortable with her own body image
Richard T
No - she wore them while taking her boys to a theme park Come on Vicky, buy some Crocs. And have a plate of chips while you are at it too Maybe she needed to increase her height to get on some of the rides? Still, that's no excuse for such ridiculous shoes - either the ones she's wearing or crocs. I agree she should eat more chips.
BarbaraJ
She has some spectacular bunions. thats horrible she looks like an old lady. Surely with the money the pair of them make she could get fashionable trendy made to measure heels?
..lay a little egg for me
I have to say the only time I'd be seen in Crocs is popping out to the Eglu - they truly are, along with the trodden down Ugg boots much beloved by every girl on the high street, the most unflattering thing you can put on your feet Although I only wear quite low heels, I have to agree with you about Crocs and Ugg boots. I have tried to like crocs, I've tried, I've tried, but they make my feet look most odd and I catch my toenails in the wee holes . Same with Ugg boots, they just don't suit me and I have been longing to find a pair of sheepskin boots that look OK. Odd thing is, crocs look fine on DS, despite him having legs the width of matchsticks!
fluffyknickers
I love my Celts - try them. They are from the people who originally made Uggs. x
craftyhunnypie
My god, she'd be better with a pair of ballet shoes with blocks in! Ridiculous! The highest shoes I can wear are kitten heels Any higher & I'm all wobbly - at least I've no bunions, weak ankles etc. Heaven knows what those shoes do to her posture. ubereglu
Ouch! I can't imagine wearing them, I do have a pair of heels, but If I have to for heels I tend to go for wedges as they're easier to walk in. My heels are for my sister's wedding though and fit properly and I even bought gel cushions for them so the balls of my feet don't hurt. Have also got hold of a really nice pair of pumps to wear for the reception in order to do my celidiah dancing! No hurting feet for me!
