And where did she debut them? - an award ceremony maybe? A posh supper with Hubby?

No - she wore them while taking her boys to a theme park

 

Come on Vicky, buy some Crocs.

And have a plate of chips while you are at it too

as someone who never wears heels, I can't begin to imagine how painful they must be!

I have read before that she has openly admitted she has a problem with bunions.....no wonder!

 

It looks so uncomfortable, I much prefer to see her dressing down (if I have to see her at all! ) when she was in disneyland once she was in jeans & flip flops and looked soooo much better.

Why do her shoes always look too big for her - there's space at the back of the shoe ?

 

I like heels (for the right occasion not theme parks ) but those are so high they are distorting her feet and look ugly.

A high heel for me is an inch and a half that I wear to go out at weekends......can't wait to get them off (or sometimes walk home in bare feet ).

yes I have been known to go bare foot during the evening... I did at my wedding reception too! my feet were killing me!

Ouch! I love high heels and in fact I've bought some in the past, which I take out of the box to admire now and then... and then wear my flatties as I can't walk on heels to save my life!

 

On a serious note that type of footwear strikes to me as a XXI century Western version of the old Chinese custom of feet binding... A good solution of how to trick women to feel sexier and more appreciated by men while at the same time seriously restricting their freedom of movement and damaging their health.

 

I'm off my feminist soap box now.

 

...and crocs have really pretty colours anyway!

My newspaper said that Manolo Blaniks are notoriously narrow and she has to buy them a size too big or she can't get her feet into them....

Totally ridiculous - its looks so painful, its all about imagine, but someone should actually tell her the truth and that her feet look awful, instead of pandering to her. However I should imagine she has done this to get exactly where she managed to get - in the paper. Would be so nice to see her in trainers/flats running around with her kids (diana even used to - remember her at the theme park getting soaked with her boys).

 

Saying all this I have met her a few times and she was a nice person.

I would love to see footage of her actually attempting to walk in those, how she doesn't step right out of them or fall flat on her face, I'll never know

They look incredibly uncomfortable. I am another who hates heels and have never worn them unless its a very special occasion and 2" is the biggers ever I have worn - prefer flats and good shoes i.e ecco etc

Well I think they're awful, and why would you bother to even GO to the park with your children when you quite clearly have no intention of keeping up with them or joining in on any rides? I'm sure she is a very nice person, personally I think she must be either the BIGGEST ego on the planet or so wracked with self-doubt that she has to dress to the nines for EVERY occasion even if it is wildly inappropriate. She never EVER smiles on camera, how self-obsessed or full of self-doubt must you be not to be able to relax for even a nano-second when you are out with your boys? Even Princess Diana managed a trip to Thorpe Park and laughed her head off into the bargain and she was the Posh of her day.

I wonder what her sons will expect of their girlfriends when they grow up, based on their experiences of their mother?

 

Sorry, rant over, but she really winds me up. I hope she is happier than she looks, and I hope she puts her sons before fashion in her private life at least

Went to a wedding last year and when I got home and put my Birki's on - ooohhh it was sooo comfy. Infact my friend swapped her wedding shoes for her lime green Birki's straight after the ceremony. Sensible girl!!

I wore stonking high heels for work today. I felt I needed to be totally ME to deal with the nasty little so and so's in my year 11 class.

 

I was good all day but took a long walk down the high street in them tonight and OOOOW. I wished I had my crocs on then.

Now i LOVE my knee high boots and they have high heels but that it ridiculous! I only wear heels on a night out and wish I had my ugg style boots on (although been out on the town in those too )

 

Also......how do you climb in and out of a rollercoaster car in THAT skirt!
